The counselors at Front Range Counseling Center (FRCC) provide the highest standards of professional service and

will remain professional, respectful, non-judgmental, active, positive, and empathetic.

 

The counselors are committed to creating a comfortable and secure clinical environment, so the client can

proceed through his or her personal treatment plan with dignity, privacy, and confidence

.

All the counselors at FRCC are each independent mental health professionals, with their own private practices.

While FRCC has carefully selected each counselor, they are not employees of FRCC but rather are independent counseling businesses.

Brooke Epperhart
, MA, NCC, Registered Psychotherapist

Brooke received her Master's degree in Community Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. After graduating she accepted a residential counseling position with Mercy Ministries of America in Nashville, TN. Mercy Ministries works with young women ages 13-29 dealing with life controlling issues such as depression, self-mutilation, unplanned pregnancies, eating disorders, severe psychotic disorders, etc. During this time she learned a lot about the current issues plaguing our young people today.

 

Eventually she made her way back to Colorado continuing her work with children, teens and young adults. Other areas of interest and experience that Brooke offers are: vocational counseling, relationship coaching, singles issues, women's issues, grief and bereavement and child counseling.

Rachel Moses, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor


Rachel is passionate about helping individuals know themselves better, to experience both inner- and interpersonal- growth through their brokenness and their strengths.  She believes deeply in building healthy relationships, where trust, compassion and grace abound, so that healing and hope can occur.

 

Rachel takes a holistic approach, believing that there are many factors that affect an individual’s well-being.  She looks at the person’s past and present experiences and how this affects their emotional, cognitive, psychological, social, physical and spiritual well-being.

Kim Jones
, MA,Licensed Professional Counselor

Kim approaches individuals from a whole-person perspective: examining their past and present situations and taking into account how these are affecting their emotional, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions in their lives.  She motivates her clients towards productive communication and healthy boundaries within their relationships.  Kim’s ability to connect with people empowers and encourages her clients to resolve conflict and move toward desired change in their lives.

Christine has worked for over twenty years in the area of human development.  Prior to moving to the Denver area five years ago, she worked in international missions along with her husband.

 

Christine is passionate about facilitating growth and reconciliation in relationships. She believes that all people can gain insight and learn skills that will help them live a balanced and fulfilled life. Her warm and caring style along with a developmental and insight oriented approach to counseling promotes the health and well-being of her clients.

Garry’s counseling style has been described as “highly relational”, “comforting”, “safe”, “warm”, and even “pastoral”. You will find in him a very warm, caring person. He helps clients focus on how their emotions impact them, offers tools to deal with life, and helps them find meaning in their experiences. His style has been effective in dealing with sexual/internet addictions, behavioral addictions, anger management, trauma, adolescent and young adult issues, and couple’s therapy.

Lizzy Wagner

Lizzy enjoys working with individuals and couples facing their own life's realities, changes, and challenges. She believes that the counseling relationship is uniquely safe and accepting, but that it also requires engagement, honesty, and hard work.  She asks her client(s) to be active participants, and to take responsibility as the expert on their own life.   

   

Having worked professionally for over 10 years in the areas of public health education, human development, and student services, Lizzy has seen the importance of looking at each person holistically.  She considers all areas of health, as well as the primacy of relationship and its impact on life fulfillment.

Andrea Kolber


Andrea Kolber

Andrea believes that each person, couple and family brings a story into counseling, one which is unique and deserves to be honored. Understanding the context of our lives provides insight and a backdrop for counseling. By coming alongside her clients in their journey, Andrea empowers them to recognize the resources and tools they have within themselves to support their own progress, while at the same time teaching clients new skills and ways to adapt. Andrea believes that a relationship with God is an essential piece to living a fulfilled life, however Andrea respects where each person is at in their beliefs and allows clients to decide whether they would like counseling to be faith based. Andrea is passionate about allowing her clients the freedom to choose their own way, knowing that each individual has the right to decide how they want their life to look. She emphasizes the power and quality of the therapeutic relationship as a primary agent of growth and change, and asks that her clients partner with her in this process.

 

Andrea has worked in many professional settings, including: private practice, college campuses, nursing homes, and K-8 schools. Most recently Andrea worked at the National Jewish Kunsberg School, working with chronically ill students and their families. With these varying populations, she has gained helpful knowledge and skills to meet clients wherever they are in the therapeutic process. Andrea holds a Master’s in Counseling from Denver Seminary and is a Nationally Certified Counselor, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado.
